A space to come back to yourself

My gentle yoga classes are designed to help you slow down and reconnect with your body. Through simple, mindful movement and breathwork, we gently guide the attention towards the experience of being present in the body — helping to quiet mental chatter, ground the mind and ease tension. Every class ends with a deeply restorative final relaxation known as śavāsana.

Classes are suitable for beginners and are a friendly, non-judgemental space for everybody and every body.

Rather than following one particular style or lineage,
my teaching is influenced by the idea that yoga
should support the individual.

I’m especially inspired by the teachings of T. K. V. Desikachar, who believed that yoga-asana practise should adapt to the person — not the person to practise.

Other influences include Vanda Scaravelli, J Brown,
Leslie Kaminoff, Donna Farhi and Peter Blackaby.
